Top 10 Must Watch Movies For The Brokenhearted

After a heartbreak, it’s tempting to turn to wine and booze for comfort, but this is not the wisest course of action. They tend to worsen the situation rather than improve it. Is there anything that you can do to move on from a broken relationship? Of course you should watch movies!

During this difficult moment, we have the right movie selection for you. Your aching heart will be soothed by each and every one! So, throw on your pajamas, grab a pint of Ben & Jerry’s from the freezer, and get started.

1. The Notebook. Does this need to be explained? Okay, so that’s the end of it. Is about an elderly man who reads love stories to a woman in his nursing facility. Millions of people have been moved to tears by this film, even if they’ve seen it many times before. After around twenty minutes, let’s see if you can keep it all down.

2. A Little Thing Called Love. This Thai film has acquired a sizable audience since its initial screening. Nam (the protagonist) utilizes a book called the Nine Recipes of Love to make her crush fall in love with her. Even when I was watching a cheerful sequence, this movie managed to make me cry like way.

3. Titanic. I’m sorry for adding this to the list, but I’m sure you’ll appreciate it. In the absence of this film, I don’t know what else will accomplish the trick. Rose (Rosemarie DeWitt) and Jack (Jack Gordon) are the stars of this film. Just so you know, that door hasn’t made me any happier.

4. The Prince and Me. Student Paige meets Eddie, an entitled young man who believes he can win Paige’s heart with his good looks and a large bank account. Don’t watch the sequels just after you’ve finished the first one.

5. Pretty Woman. Every lady has to begin somewhere, right? In this film, anything seems unattainable, particularly for a young woman in love. Hooker Vivian is hired to represent a sophisticated date at a variety of social functions.

6. Maid in Manhattan. Marisa, a hotel maid, falls in love with one of her patrons in this Cinderella-esque parody. In order to spend time with Christopher, the handsome heir to a political dynasty, she pretends to be one of the visitors.

7. P.S. I Love You. Despite the fact that Holly had lost her husband, Gerry, to cancer, he was still there for her long after he was gone. The novel and film adaptations both brought tears to my eyes, and they were much more tears-inducing than the original. You may not want to watch the beginning of Holly’s journey because it is so depressing, but once you get to that point, you will begin to consider how you might continue on with your own adventure.

8. The First Wives Club. It was a friend’s suicide that motivated three divorced ladies to take their own lives after going through the same hardships. After a traumatic breakup, this is a reassuring tale of redemption and self-discovery. As a bonus, you’ll get to see some of the most talented females ever to walk the earth in action.

9. Toy Story 3. Despite the fact that these aren’t real individuals, it’s impossible to ignore their 3D appearance. As you are, Woody and his pals are in the same predicament. We may outgrow our positions in the lives of others we care about from time to time. If we want to meet new individuals who need us just as much as they do, we have to let go of the past and make our own pathways.

10. 3 Idiots. A group of people set out to find a long-lost friend, and here is the narrative of their journey. Throughout their voyage, they reflect on the lessons they learnt as children, as well as how their friend helped them to see the world in a new way.
